Return and Refund Policy

RSP Cosmetics operates according to strict quality control guidelines, refunds will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds
RSP Cosmetics operates according to strict quality control guidelines. Refunds will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds and returns will be approved at our discretion. The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in original condition with all  packaging and accessories included.


Returns
Items may only be returned if they have been un-used and are in identical condition and original packaging as they were when they left our premises.  
RSP Cosmetics must be notified by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 days of you receiving the product, with detailed explanation why you intend to return it. Rsp Cosmetics will then issue an authorisation to return.
Items cannot be returned or accepted without this prior authorisation.

All returned items shipping charges and fees will be the responsibility of the customer and  are not refundable unless the error was made by Rsp Cosmetics. We recommend that you return the product via Australia post. You must pre pay all return postage, and assume responsibility for any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. We also advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia post. Rsp Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse to accept returned goods that are either damaged or that arrive COD.

Damaged Goods
RSP Cosmetics is happy to resolve issues for items that have been damaged during transit.
If a product is damaged during transit please contact us immediately and we will supply you with a replacement product.  You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.

Faulty Product
RSP Cosmetics will endeavor to supply you with the product you have ordered in good condition. However, it maybe possible that sealed goods within containers maybe faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers.
