1 What costs are included in price?
Rsp Cosmetics provides makeup products, tools and accessories for professional makeup artists and everyday makeup wearers who want quality products at an affordable price.
All prices at Rsp Cosmetics are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices, delivery charges and taxes are calculated per order. Orders over $80 are free postage, however this does not include heavier items like cases, please contact us for more information.
2 How do I place an order and make my payment?
Ordering and payment is done in real time and any time day or night. If you are unsure, simply follow these steps and add your details as required.
All orders must be paid for in full and cleared before items are posted.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
We reserve the right to refuse and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
2.1 Placing an order
To place an order simply click the 'add to Cart' button to add the item to your shopping cart. This item can be changed at this time as you have not yet place your order.
You can choose to become a registered customer with your own account open an account or you can simply provide billing infomation details without an account.
Click on the Acceptance of Terms and Services. This action constitutes your legal acceptance of our Terms of Service
Shipping Address: Next you are required to check Item Ordered, Billing Information and Shipping Information
Ship Method will be chosen automatically according to the total weight of your order
Payment Method: Follow the links to make your secure online payment via eWay
Complete Order: Review your details and confirm your order.
Your order has now been successfully placed and a confirmation email has been sent to the supplied email address.
2.2 Processing your credit card payment
Your order won't be confirmed until your payment has been validated. Enter the Name on Credit Card, Credit Card Number, Expiry Date.
Click the "Process" Button once only to prevent unecessary duplicate payments. You must wait for at least 60 seconds for your payment to be processed before you can proceed further.
Details of your payment transaction will appear, with the transaction status and refernce number.
You must click Continue Transaction Button to finalise your transaction.
Upon successful payment,a confirmation email will be sent to the supplied email address.
These emails are important. They are record of your purchase. If you do not receive them after placing an order, please check your email spam folder as some new email addresses maybe regarded as spam.

3 What method of payments can I use?
The following credit card payment are accepted by Rsp Cosmetics: VISA , Mastercard.
Credit cards are charged in real time when you place your order.
All orders must be paid for in full and cleared before items are posted.
All transaction are processed in Australian dollars and all credit cards must be issued by Australian banks.
The sale contract is deemed to be made in Victoria, Australia.

6 How do I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel orders at no expense to you as long as the item has not been posted.
If the item has already been posted, you may still cancel the order, however you will be charged the postage fee and you will be responbsible for the return postage fee.
We have the right to cancel an order at any time.

8 What happens if I have a allergic reaction?
If you have an allergic reaction to a product, we may accept a product return. Please note that the product must only be 10% used when returning due to a reaction.
