RSP Cosmetics uses Australia Post for delivery. International shipping is not yet available.

Occassionally we use couriers.

GENERAL INFORMATION
RSP Cosmetics uses Australia Post Express Post for delivery.
We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Please keep in mind possible postage delays during various vacation times.
We retain the right to extend the time for delivery for a reasonable period as required.
It is purchasers responsibility to supply the correct postal address to rsp for correct delivery.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given, however RSP Cosmetics will not be liable for non-delivery or incorrect delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
An order can be delivered to one address only.
If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

**Orders to the value of $80 and over are FREE POSTAGE, this excludes makeup cases and we will contact you to organise shipping arrangements if you purchase a makeup case.

EXPRESS POST
We offer the following flat rates for EXPRESS POST shipping within Australia Only.  These rates are calculated automatically according to the weight of your order:
Up to 500 gms  $10
500 gms to 3kgs $13
3kgs to 7kgs $50 and 7kgs and up $110

Express Post provides guaranteed delivery next business day within the Express Post network.
You can check your own postal address for delivery times within the Express Post Network at anytime. To check please click here.
If there is no-one is present at that delivery address, the driver will look for a safe location to leave your parcel. A notification card will then be dropped in the letter box, advising you of the safe drop location. If a safe location cannot be found, the delivery driver will leave you a note advising which Australia Post outlet you can collect your parcel from, and also the time when your parcel will be available for collection.
